Manuel -- Feedback: I purchased chocolates, flowers and a ballon for my one true love on our anniversary, because he's offbroad for the time being.
Roses were perfectly presented, chocolates (Ferrero) were delivered as chosen in my order and Boyfriend is happy.
Even when the website states that the final products may vary in some form, the nature of the purchase and the type of items selected must never vary nor its spirit should be any different (a premium ballon with design and ' i love you' message )
That being said, i paid premium for a red heart "i love you" balloon, and a plain white heart ballon with no message was delivered.
Everything else was respected but if your website charges me £á15 (USD $17.93) for a single balloon, it has to AT LEAST be similar, because that white heart ballon DOES NOT JUSTIFY THE PRICE I PAID.
